Operations Manager

Salary: £57,600 per year

K&D are delighted to be recruiting for 2 x Operation Managers for a fast growing business. The company are based in North West London but you will work from home covering the M25 and surrounding territories.

1. Have you experience and a proven track record working as an Operations Manager?
2. Have you worked in the educational or medical cleaning sector?
3. Do you have experience in building effective customer relationships?

As Operations Manager you will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of contracts.

You will be maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction whilst also providing direction, guidance, training and support to all direct reports on the contract.

Building and retaining client relationships is key in this role and all aspects of contract management will be in your remit, including control of the financial and commercial management, conducting quality audits, providing proactive feedback to clients, compiling client reports, employee engagement and health and safety.

You will be responsible for managing your own time and your time will mostly be spent meeting with your clients and engaging with your team.

The position offers a salary of c£57,600 + a car allowance, pension and 25 days holiday.
