French or German Speaking Customer Service Administrator

The Just Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a French / German Customer Service Administrator for their client based in Maldon. Successful applicants will ideally have a Lean Manufacturing background and/or Six Sigma knowledge

Duties include:

Answering incoming calls
Ensuring leads are passed to relevant departments
Proactive customer service calls
Log phone calls for analysis
Investigate, process and log customer claims
Complete daily KPI’s
Involvement in Supply Chain projects
