Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £26,000 per year

Pyramid8 have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Candidate to join their team in South Elmsall. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for fashion and beauty.

This is a part time role, office based and the hours are flexible over 27.5 hours per week..

The role:

• Account Management
• Complaint resolution
• Managing customer feedback
• Updating CRM with notes
• Managing lives chat
• Keeping client records up to date
• Relationship Management

Background required:

• Proven track record of Customer service
• Proven track record of speaking to customers and inputting accurately on CRM
• Be Computer literate
• Be comfortable speaking to Customers over the phone, on email and live chat
