I am looking for a money-motivated ambitious individual who will join our successful of a team and who has the drive and determination to be a Top Biller and achieve some fantastic personal rewards we offer.

Responsibilities:

Identify and target new market areas
Attend sales meetings and events
Maintain and develop relationships with clients and candidates both face-to-face, via telephone and by email
Create strong leads, arrange meeting and demonstrations
At a later stage conduct the meetings, presentation and demonstrations with potential clients
Identify and maximise network opportunities
Complete regular sales activity reports
Process customer orders and update records
Own a full driver’s license (valid in the UK) – due to travel commitments
Be confident, committed, enthusiastic with the ability to work well under pressure and ensure targets and deadlines are met
Be able to close business opportunities
Possessing a new business attitude, you will be focused on winning business for your Division

You will manage your own desk, taking ownership for your portfolio of clients and candidates alike
Ensuring you meet, both weekly and monthly, KPI’s and targets through maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
You will operate in 360 capacity, managing both client and candidate expectations
You will manage a social media presence, effectively utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn.
Managing your database, you will communicate regularly with “live candidates”, promoting the professional Cordant Recruitment BrandHours: 40 hours per week – 8am to 5pm or 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
