An excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician who is looking to work for an expanding, market leading Architectural Design Company who can offer training and progression to become a fully qualified architect.

Are you experienced in using CAD for Architectural detailing? Do you have knowledge of UK Building regulations and construction methods?

The company focuses on creating innovative architectural and design schemes, operating in the premium sector of the real estate market in the UK and internationally. Due to continuing success, they are looking for a highly skilled Architectural Technician who can assist with their increase in workload.

In this role you will be working closely alongside Architects in preparing technical drawings, building control drawings, tender, construction drawings, and assisting various members of the team in the preparation and issue of building surveys, planning applications and detailed technical packages for a wide variety of residential projects.

This role will ideally suit a candidate who has experience of Architectural detailing and draughting in the UK. The candidate will have strong abilities with CAD packages and have knowledge of UK Building regulations and construction methods.

The Role:
* Preparing technical drawings, building control drawings, tender and construction drawings
* Preparation and issue of building surveys, planning applications and detailed technical packages
* Residential Projects
* Site surveys
* 9:00am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday

The Person:
* Experienced in Architecture
* Experienced in AutoCAD Draughting
* Knowledge of UK Building regulations and construction methods
* Strong communication skills for Clients and Customers
