Architectural Technician

Salary: £36,000 – £45,600 per year

Long-established privately owned Housebuilder looking to add to their Technical Team in the East Midlands with the addition of an experienced Assistant/ Architectural Technician. This highly regarded regional housebuilder currently producing c.350 homes a year is looking to increase production volume in the Midlands at a sensible rate with an emphasis on maintaining its reputation for quality homes.

Large land bank & pipeline, and experience at director level to succeed with their plans. This expansion will present a genuine opportunity for career progression as the region grows. The day-to-day role will be split between hands-on design(production of working & planning drawings, building regulation applications, resolving site queries) and co-ordinating internal & external architectural, engineering, and planning professionals.
