Salary: £26,000 per year
Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading web-based business in the recruitment of a Member Engagement Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced, expanding organisation.
What you’ll be doing:
● Analyse member activity and journeys to identify engagement opportunities
● Identify and own initiatives for supporting and guiding members
● Plan and develop campaigns that drive quality member activity
● Actively engaging with and nurturing our members to achieve mutual increased lifetime value
● Work with Sales, Marketing, Data, Technology and Service to keep Members happy
Key requirements for the role:
● Proven experience in an analytic based field
● Solid skills in maths, data analysis and financial literacy
● Sound understanding of budgetary management, forecasting and planning skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strong analytical skills, combined with excellent skills in planning and project management.
