Employer Engagement Manager – Apprenticeships
to be able to cover the whole of Yorkshire, some home based working too
Interviews in Leeds on 28th January
£26k basic
Laptop, mobile, 28 days holiday, excellent benefits

Do you currently hold a title as a top performer in your current Business Development role for a Training Provider?
OR
Are you a high-flying, target smashing, end to end Recruitment Consultant with a strong desire to crack the Training Industry?
If so, this could be the job for you!
Our client is a well-established charity well know all over the world, who specialise in providing support to the long-term unemployed. The successful Employer Engagement Manager will be responsible for achieving 20 ILP starts a month after month 3.
• Visit new and existing clients, with a view to gaining new apprentice roles within either customer service, management, business admin, retail, childcare, health and social care.
• Build rapport with clients through on-going contact, identifying their exact needs for the programme and work with them to produce a comprehensive job description.
• To manage all current and prospective client requirements.
• Some prospecting will be required
• To attend networking meetings as and when required.
• To assess, interview and recruit candidates that have applied for the vacancies you have generated.
• You will be required to create a vocational profile of each candidate, identifying their skills, interests, aspirations and support needs and match them to specific employment opportunities.
• You will support each individual through the job application and interview process.
Essential Qualities of the Business Development Consultant
Previous sales and business development experience within a training provider or previous recruitment experience with a strong desire to crack the training industry
A demonstrable track record of when you have smashed targets
• You must be able to organise your own time effectively to ensure you are able to manage the dual nature of the role.
• You need to be able to present persuasively.
• An outgoing persuasive friendly personality that will enable you to connect with employers at any level as well as 16-18 year old candidates.
