Strategic Manager – Property Assets

Salary: £96,000 – £108,000 per year

This organisation are looking for a Senior Manager for their Property Assets division.This is a good time to join as they are experiencing growth and regeneration across their whole business including their property portfolio

The Role

• Leading a large team, you will have overall responsibility for the large property estate, which includes a combination of different sites
• You will be the principle advisor to the Board for all commercial property asset matters
• You will deliver the relevant statutory requirements for the estate
• Overseeing the delivery of a substantial capital works program
• Managing the effective delivery of all Facilities Management throughout the property estate
• Working efficiently with internal teams, outsourced organisations and all stakeholders to ensure the cohesive working of the estates function

Skills and Experience

• Ideally you will hold a professional qualification in a relevant discipline such as BIFM or RICS
• You will have good experience in project management, managing teams, managing performance and large budgets
• Operational and strategic management experience within large, diverse property portfolios
• A strong track record of delivering efficiency targets
• Good experience in developing commercial property services
• Experience of commercial property transactions and negotiations including the sale and leasing of land and assets
• Good experience of procurement and best practice methods
