THE JOB: This job is an entry level job for those people wishing to get into property management. It’s an excellent opportunity to train up because it’s difficult to obtain entry level property management jobs. Your duties will be too look after properties on behalf of landlords. This will include everything from organising contractors for on going maintenance of the properties, gas and electrical certificates, pre & post tenancy cleans, setting up tenancy agreements and will give a tremendous overview of the Lettings market. The correct individual will need to be diligent, highly organised and a good team player. Driving licence not essential but preferred.
