Salary: £66,000 – £72,000 per year
Skilled careers are working with a well respected M&E contractor with a turnover of £50m and a strong presence across the commercial fit out sector delivering for leading main contractors who require an electrical site manager to initially work on a £4m cat A and B fit out project in Croydon.
The Role: • Leading on site electrical team • Liaising with Directors/Project management • Holding client/sub-contractor meetings • Ensuring work is per specification • Ensuring on site Health & Safety regulations are adhered to.
The Candidate: • Experience working for an M&E contractor in a supervisory role • Previous experience on similar major projects • Highly organised • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
The initial project will run for 5 months and the company in question have a strong order book of projects to move onto thereafter across London. They are open to people on a contract or permanent basis with sign off to pay a very good salary or day rate.
