£264 – £288 per day (Negotiable)

Overview:

Site Manager required in Central London to oversee a structural adaptation and high end bespoke refurbishment to apartments.

The Company:

This is a privately owned regional contractor within the East Midlands and turnovers in excess of £30million per year are now looking to recruit a freelance Senior Site Manager. Many of their projects range between £750k to £6m, covering commercial, Local Authority, and Social Housing New Builds sectors.

Projects:

Site Manager to oversee three high end bespoke apartment refurbishments and structural adaptations and temporary works i.e. hard wood floors, bespoke joinery – high end fit out in Central London, value £2million

The Role:

As the Site Manager you will be dealing with the clients design issues and all sub contract elements of the contract, working on projects from inception through to completion, you will be managing a number of subcontractors who will be looking after various packages and phases of the project complete with a commercial team, that will be reporting back to you on regular basis.

Essential Skills:

• As Site Manager you will have experience of Design and Build projects
• Experience of high end fit out and structural / temporary works experience within residential sectors
• Experienced at client meetings and dealing with all site issues be that the design or sub contract through to project completion.
• Must have relevant CSCS, SMSTS certificate and First Aid certificate.

Remuneration:

Successful Site Manager will receive between £264 – £288 per day – dependent on experience
