Site Manager

An excellent opportunity for a capable and ambitious Finishing Foreman / Site Foreman or Assistant Site Manager ready for the next step.

The initial project is to manage a high spec new build residential home, including basement and swimming pool, and high end fixtures and fittings.

The value of the project is £1.8m and duration is 12 months (is a permanent position).

The position is for a highly experienced contractor with the core management team having held Director positions with well known successful contractors.

They have an office in London and one in Kent, this is for the Kent office who concentrate on high end residential schemes.

As a manager you will have Refurbishment and New Build residential experience, ideally high end D&B experience.

You will have a Project / Contract Manager overseeing the project and you will be given full support.
