Aylin White has been approached by one of London’s most respected M&E Contractors looking for Electrical Project Managers for a permanent position based in two locations in London working on Private residential and high end residential. The Electrical Project Manager will be No.2 working onsite closely with No. 1 Electrical Project Manager.
The Company
- One of London’s most Respected M&E contractors who have grown from retail installations to now delivering data centres in Europe and in the UK.
- Turning over £110m a year, working with some of the more prestigious main contractors, as well as delivering M&E subcontractor services to some of the biggest main contractors in London.
- The M&E contractor has worked on some of the biggest commercial new build and fit out schemes in London and a core business of delivering life changing residential schemes in London.
Key Responsibilities for Electrical Project Manager
- Provide Project Management duties on buildings and projects ensuring contract compliance, quality and financial control.
- You also make sure that the project is in compliance with all safety, labour, and regulations
- Coordinate activities
- The Electrical Project manager should ensure the completion of specific projects for an organisation while ensuring these projects are on time, on budge, and within scope.
- Strong technical experience
- Recent experience as Electrical Project Manager on residential project from start to finish with electrical value of minimum £5m
- Enjoy Client facing
- Drive and deliver the program and check install and experience with commercial aspect of the project
Electrical Project Manager Skills and Background
- As a Project Manager, you will be electrically qualified and have experience in residential, whole project lifecycle.
- The Project Manager should be technically strong and have experience dealing with consultancies. Also be happy to look at drawings
- As the No.2 Project Manager, you will be required to be onsite and have an understanding of the commercial aspects of the project
- Excellent organisation skills, good communication and negotiation skills, to manage expectations.
