Marketing Manager

An exciting opportunity for a Brand Marketing Manager within a dynamic FMCG company based in St Albans.

You will be responsible for understanding consumer needs, develop insight and highly creative solutions that drive consumer preference and presence of brands. Yoi will develop a 4 year plan and lead an annual brand strategy plan and execute key brand activities. You will be based within a fast paced marketing team within a head office function.

To be suitable you will have a proven track record within brand management within a FMCG environment and a branded manufacturer. You will be able to demonstrate successful leadership, development and delivery of brand plans including ATL communications, NPD packaging design changes, pricing and promotions. You will also have had budgetary management.
