Marketing Manager

A security system manufacturer and distributor based near Park Royal and North Acton is looking for an innovate and forward thinking Marketing Manager to join their ever expanding small medium sized business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the marketing strategy in conjunction with the company objectives. You will be in charge of the small marketing team and will need to help the company grow.

Every day work will be varied as you guide your team to reach goals. Examples of work involved in this role are:

Website maintenance, contents and updates
Organising events, e.g. open days
Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
Monitoring and analysing market trends
Studying competitor’s products and services
Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability
Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them

Skills & Abilities:

Technically literate. You will understand technical terms (voltage, current usage etc.)
Experience with website content editing
Experience in writing about Technical based products
Digital Marketing experience a must to be considered for this role
Positive attitude and an energetic approach to work
Able to demonstrate strong research skills, as it will be required for products
Video media experience advantageous
Image editing experience
Think creatively
