Salary: £78,000 – £90,000 per year
We have an excellent opportunity to work for a main contractor, who have an enviable reputation on new build residential developments in West London.
The developments are a mix of traditional build residential housing as well as high rise RC Frame apartment schemes.
You will be responsible for overseeing a number of sub contractors on site as well as managing the overall health & safety.
The ideal person will have extensive experience on similar developments and be able to easily integrate into the site based team.
Reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager you will have excellent communication skills as well as good client facing skills.
This is a permanent position and as such we are looking for someone from a permanent work history who is able to demonstrate longevity and loyalty in the career.
