Site Manager

Shore Recruitment are currently working with a very progressive company who are currently looking to recruit a Site Manager they are currently running a number of prestigious projects in the South and South East. A site manager would work with a project/contracts manager on larger jobs or on smaller jobs could run the site alone.

Candidate
You will be an experienced site manager and motivated team leader with a willingness to develop your role within a team environment. Candidates will have at least 5 years site management experience in the cladding and roofing sector as a principle subcontractor or installer with a stable employment history.Most importantly the role requires someone with initiative who will take ownership for their work and be able to represent the company’s interests in a tactically appropriate way. The successful candidate will have impeccable communication skills as this role will involve extensive communication with site personnel, client and suppliers.
