Warehouse Manager

We are recruiting for a number of Shift Managers to join our prestigious client in West London. This role is on a rotational shift mainly days but includes nights which will be 4 on 2 off.
You will be responsible for the control and delivery of the day to day requirements. Ensuring the delivery is a high quality and efficient process for the operations which deliver 100% service to customer through efficient management of resources. Responsible for internal and external KPI’s. Maintain Food Safety standards and legal compliance. Provide management information accurately and on time using IT tools available. Be able to manage and develop team.

* Delivery of daily operations Department Production plan ensuring KPI’s are met.
* Develop and Maintain process for Operations Department.
* Budget Management.
* Working closely with Health and Safety and the Food technical team to meet all standards for food safety.
* Work to minimising impact on delays due to operational process error.
* Support Operations Manager.
* Achievement of key KPI’s on a daily basis
* Managing staff hours against budget and productivity rates.
* Collaboration with internal management
