Operations Manager

Salary: £50,400 per year

We are recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager who has worked within the new build housing sector.

The successful Operations Manager will join a Bali Accredited Contractor who design and install the show home, standard plot gardens and show areas in new build developments, have preferred supplier status with many of the National House Builders.

The Operations Manager will be responsible ensuring:

• All allocated landscaping projects are delivered on time, to budget, match contractual specifications and meet with both financial and quality requirements.
• Best in sector customer service.
• Projects are delivered on-time and professionally with any remedial work completed quickly and to the Clients satisfaction.
• The financial integrity and resource scheduling of allocated projects.
• All agreed prestart processes are followed, that site surveys, risk assessments and method statements are prepared ahead of the installation and that any site specific requirements are noted and communicated to the installation teams.

As the Operations Manager you will also be:

• Supporting the Senior Management and Sales Teams in pre-tender meetings and throughout any tender process as well as attending sales meetings as needed.
• Supported by an Operations Supervisor, Contracts Coordinator and your allocated team of installers.

To be considered for this job opportunity you will need:

• Operational Management experience ideally related to landscaping projects within the New Build Housing Sector.
• Strong leadership and people management skills to develop a hard-working, detail orientated team of landscaping professionals who will deliver the installation projects.
• A good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and excel which is used extensively for the planning, preparation, and cost recording of projects.
