The L&D Advisor will provide a business consultancy service to support the strategic goals of the organisation by working with senior managers and staff to identify, analyse and deliver solutions to meet individual, team and organisation-wide training and development requirements.

They will have a strong knowledge of the entire learning life-cycle. Their approach will be innovative, demonstrating the ability to provide creative learning solutions that support the achievement of the Trusts business plan ambitions and increase the colleague and customer experience. They will have proven project management knowledge with high levels of organisational skills and analytical ability. The successful candidate will need to have the ability to influence and build trust at a senior level, as well as high energy and enthusiasm, balanced with diplomatic intelligence and listening skills.
