Salary: £60,000 – £66,000 per year
HEAD OF PRODUCTION – STALHAM, NORFOLK
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is competent with Production/ Operations Management and an expert in composites both wet and infusion.
Necessary Skills / Experience:
- Driving Licence
- Detailed understanding of Engineering drawings
- Health and Safety legislation application in Production facility and specifically for mouldings
- Management of moulding facility with a proven track record of leading and developing teams
- Experience of working to specific standards i.e. requirements of ISO14001 environment standard
- Proven track record of delivering against KPIs, specifically output quality and on time delivery
- Supplier and contractor management
Desirable Skills / Experience
- Working knowledge of NX design software and AutoCAD design
About the role
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Stalham, Norfolk (With monthly travel to other UK sites in Hampshire).

The purpose of the role will be to manage the company’s Composites Technology facility near Stalham, Norfolk and to be the composite expert across the Group.
