Print Production Manager

Salary: £42,000 – £54,000 per year

We’re working on behalf of a specialist print & packaging manufacturer who has enjoyed consistent growth over the last few years and is seeking to grow and develop it’s team.

You’ll be joining an experienced and talented team, adding your print production knowledge and skills to theirs, and sharing your production management skills.

Day to day, you’ll take responsibility for managing print & packaging production, overseeing the shop floor and liaising day to day with the customer service and sales teams.

You’ll report into the Operations Director, reporting on day to day production, staff management and production scheduling.

What experience would we like you to have?

• Print or Packaging industry experience
• Production Management experience at Production Manager, Assistant Production Manager or Production Controller level.
• Technical experience within litho print, packaging and finishing.
• Manufacturing management experience. Managing small technical teams on the shop floor.
• MIS experience.
• Understanding of the changing nature of the print & packaging industry, and able to use this knowledge to recommend equipment investment and business change.
