Salary: £27,600 per year
Due to growth this Multi Million pound Manufacturing & Distribution Company are looking to recruit a Production Planner with a wealth of experience. Based within West Bromwich the role would suite someone who is ambitious and wants to be part of a growing organisation. Salary up to £27,600depending on experience. 28 days Holiday Including Bank holidays.
Daily Duties
” Maintaining the purchase order system, ensuring all good are documented
” Ensuring stock is ready for manufacture
” Reducing on site stock levels, ensuring the stock levels are accurate
” Purchasing and planning material supply to maximise production, ensuring the materials are purchased at the best possible price and stock is available at all times
” Responsible for purchasing all items
” Liaising with suppliers, sourcing new suppliers and negotiation best possible prices
” Analysing sales orders and providing planning information to Warehouse Manager
” Communicating to external and internal customer regarding delivery times
Essential Requirements
” Previous Experience working as a production Planner within an office environment.
” Confident user of Microsoft Excel
” An organised approach with the ability to work in a busy and fast passed environment to strict deadlines
” Experience within a manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
” Strong communication skills
The hours of work are 8:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday.
