Production Manager – Food Manufacturer – up to £40,000 – Interviewing Now!
A Production Manager is needed for a food manufacture based in the Spalding area. The successful Production Manager will have experience in the food industry and managing a food production area.
The ideal Production Manager will have strong experience in within the food manufacturing industry and manage improvement projects. The Production Manager will have strong management skills and effect labour planning skills.
Responsibilities of the Production Manager:
* To ensure KPIs and yield expectations are met.
* Plan workload and manage performance accordingly.
* Manage process improvement projects and achieve targets on time.
* Effective labour planning.
* Promote a Quality focus culture in the workplace.
* Ensure all machinery and equipment is in a safe working order.
Key requirements for the Production Manager:
* At least 3 years experience in the food industry.
* Experience managing large teams in a similar role.
* Experience with HACCP and hygiene in a food manufacturing environment.
* Experience with Process management and improvement.
Package for the Production Manager:
* Salary circa £48,000.
* Day shifts on a shift pattern (will require weekend work if it falls on the shift).
* Pension.
