Thermal Coatings Masking / Blasting Operative

Salary: £26,000 per year

Ideal Recruit are currently working with a well established and reputable Aerospace company who have an exciting opportunity for a Thermal Coatings Masking/Blasting Operative.

Working Hours: Mon – Thur / 18:00 – 06:00 (45hours) – however the probationary period would be on the dayshift, as they would require training / passing off before transferring to nights.

Salary: £26,000per year-£26,000 per year (Depending on Experience)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Surface preparation of aircraft components, prior to surface treatment / thermal coating operations.
• Masking aircraft components prior to surface treatment and thermal coating operations.

Skills and experience required

• Experience of working as part of a team in addition to alone
• Can assess and set daily workload to meet production schedule
• A friendly and approachable manner
• Flexible and willing to support company requirements
