Successful insurance brokers are now looking for customer services assistants to join their busy, thriving team. The overall purpose of the role is to deal with enquiries and provide excellent customer service to existing clients maintaining a high standard of professionalism at all times.

Main Duties:-
* To provide an efficient and effective service to customers
* To demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic, committed and flexible attitude
* Deliver customer service in line with ‘best practice’ and ensure compliance to relevant policies
* Provide point of contact for customer enquiries, dealing with these through to a successful outcome
* To call clients for required information, payment and documentation
* To maintain accurate records and computer files
* To ensure all records are kept up to date

Essential Skills:-
* Customer Service Experience
* Computer literate
* Numerate
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Able to work as part of a team
