A large manufacturing company with sites throughout the UK and abroad is on the lookout for an experienced Estimator to join their internal team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the specification of products from both a technical and manufacturing standpoint across several production facilities.

For the right person, this opportunity has the potential to progress to supervisory/management level.

Responsibilities:

* Process drawings, technical specifications, manufacturing, and test requirements

* Assess capability to make essential product and process selections

* Enter specifications into company systems to enable quoting, processing, and delivery

* Maintain the storage of all appropriate customer entries

* Process product, customer drawing or specification amendments

Knowledge and Experience:

* Qualification or experience in one of the following fields: Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical or Quality

* Degree or HND in one of the above is preferred but not essential

* Proven technical ability with excellent attention to detail

* Good communicator with competent IT skills
