Our client is a civil engineering contractor based in the Guildford area. Due to sustained growth, they are actively searching for a civils or groundworks estimator. The company work on a wide variety of civil engineering / groundworks projects.

ROLE:

• Management of Estimating requirements as necessary to meet annual acquisition turnover targets.
• Tender review and evaluation
• Site visit and value engineering & alternative identification
• Tender completion – pricing and quality
• Tender settlement and submission in line with Bid Manager and company strategy.
• Client Management & relationship development
• Liaise with expertise and experience around the business.

CANDIDATE:

• Experience of Estimating within a civils or groundworks contractor
• Relevant construction sector qualifications
• Knowledge of Civil Engineering or Groundworks
