Estimator

Kinetic Industrial are looking to recruit an Estimator to work for a large manufacturing company based in Blackpool. The company are well known and are a global name in what they do.
They are a large company who look to progress new starters as soon as possible!

As the Estimator, your main duties will be
*To prepare and generate quotations from enquiries received from customers, external sales personnel or agents
*Co-ordinate with the company’s technical sections and departments, any non-standard designs on specific projects
*To liaise with customers or external sales personnel and agents regarding product or project specifications, design, prices and delivery
*To liaise with all necessary personnel with regards to all aspects of delivery requirements and agreements
*Assessing material, labour and equipment required and analysing different quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers

To be successful as the Estimator you should:
*Be able to read/understand Architects drawings showing building elevations and have a reasonable understanding of building services in general
*Some experience of working within the Building Services Industry
*A good level of Maths and IT knowledge
*Strong problem-solving ability and keen attention to detail
*Good communication skill – verbally and in writing
*Excellent organisational skills
*Ability to meet tight deadlines

In return you will receive:
*£26,000 – £30,000 per year
