Estimator

Salary: £26,000 per year

We are looking to engage with candidates within the construction industry that are looking for a new challenge! This is a great opportunity to join our client’s preconstruction team dealing with Bids, Tenders and Take Offs.

To be suitable for this role you will have previous experience of working as an Estimator within the Construction industry and confident in working on tenders for the value of up to £8million.

Skills and Experience Required: • Experience of working in an estimating/pre-construction department. • Construction related degree (preferred but not essential) • Full clean driving licence • Strong knowledge of building industry practices, processes and requirements • Up to date knowledge of health and safety matters including ISO9001 and ISO14001 • Possess a good level of practical skill in the use estimating software (Conquest desirable)
