Estimator

Salary: £54,000 – £72,000 per year

We are looking for an Estimator or Senior Estimator with Façade and/or Precast Concrete experience based in the Nottingham area. The position is for an industry leading Construction Company working alongside other members of the Estimating team, Planners, Quantity Surveyors and Designers to offer a complete façade and pre-cast solution.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside the current team gaining valuable experience throughout the estimating process. The Company are looking for someone who is keen to progress their career and will offer the opportunity, training and support.

Role & Criteria:

• Suitable façade and/or pre-cast concrete Estimating experience.
• Process and co-ordinate full quotations working alongside the design team and sub-contractors.
• Prepare on-screen Take Offs & Bill of Quantities.
• Participate in meetings to discuss Project details.
• HNC level qualification or above, preferably in Construction or an Engineering related subject.
• Key Skills –Experience in Microsoft Office, quick learner, adaptable and able to work under own suprvision or within a team.
