Salary: £54,000 – £60,000 per year
Commercial Landscape Manager /Estimator
Soft landscape division.
The role will include overseeing the commercial soft landscape activities of the business as well as undertaking estimating duties.
The candidate would need to have a wealth of commercial, estimating and production experience in commercial soft landscaping with long term experience in dealing with major national and regional contracting clients.
Previous experience in dispute resolution, contract negotiation and debt recovery would be an important criterion.
Candidates that have predominantly landscape maintenance experience would not be considered suitable for the position.
The position would be predominately office based in Chichester however site visits would need to be made when the need arises.
The candidate would need to be proficient in all of the MS Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. etc
