Salary: £38,400 per year

The ideal candidate will have a wide range of experience across all types of fencing, alongside landscape experience

Vacancy: Fencing Team Leader

Location: East Grinstead

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday – 07:30 – 16:30

Salary: £38,400

Duties:

* Supervising a small team on site

* To read, action and interpreting plans

* Communicating and liaising with customers/clients

* Motivating the team to ensure job is complete to the best of the team’s ability

* Adhering to all health and safety policies

* Setting up site for the job to begin

* Working with all types materials and fencing

Requirements:

* Experience of working with a wide range of domestic and commercial fencing and gates

* Experience management and leading a team

* Physical fit to work hands on day to day

* Strong knowledge of health and safety practises

* Enthusiastic with the determination to learn more and develop

* Brilliant attention to detail

* Full Clean UK Driving License

* Able to work under pressure to deadlines

* The ability to multitask

* Extremely organised

* Experience of working with trees and hedges is preferred but not essential

* Chainsaw license is preferred but not essential
