Support Engineer – Visual Effects / Troubleshooting / NUKE – Central London

Roc Search are currently recruiting for a Support Engineer to join a highly successful team working for a leading Software House based in Central London.

The successful candidate will be in charge of analysing and troubleshooting support tickets form the customers and taking the issues through to resolution. You will be liaising with various senior members of the business whilst simultaneously getting involved in a wide range of projects and project work.

This is a hands on, technical position where you will be able to work with a wide range of technologies within the VFX industry.

Essential skills include experience with:

*Excellent support experience including phone based support
*An interest in Visual Effects (VFX) / Design
*Good technical experience across either Windows, Mac or Linux

Technical skills include experience with:

*Experience within a Visual Effects / VFX or Design industry
*Programming skills (Python, C++)
*Visual Effects (VFX) application experience (NUKE, Mari, Final Cut Pro, Modo, Katana etc)
