Person Specification for SENCo Assistant / Learning Support Assistant, Enfield
This role requires a creative graduate who has already held a school-based position and a second class degree at the very least. The ideal individual should be able to communicate well with teachers and pupils and help plan and organise various afterschool clubs and activities. The ideal candidate will have a natural ease with students and staff, using their personable approach and outgoing personality. We want to see graduates with the drive to provide a safe and caring environment that will benefit all the students they work with.
