Territory Operations Manager

Salary: £42,000 per year

Position: Territory Operations Manager – B2C, Fencing, Gates, Railings

Salary: £42,000basic – pickup ranger vehicle, bonus, laptop & mobile

Location: Territory covering Bicester / Banbury / Brackley / Daventry 

Our client is one of the UK’s leading garden fencing product manufacturers on the market. As a result of continuing growth, they are looking to recruit the above position to cover Bicester / Banbury / Brackley / Daventry. This role will require the candidate to have primarily strong operational skills and some B2C sales experience

Key Responsibilities will include: –

• Accountable for both budgeted sales & profit
• Responsible for following up and conversion of HO generated sales leads
• Developing local marketing & leaflets to generate new business
• Visiting customers, producing accurate quotations, accepting of orders & deposits & scheduling installations
• Effective planning of installations & ensure all carried out to customers’ satisfaction
• Maintaining a comprehensive record of all leads
• Ensuring all invoices are raised efficiently communicating with Finance Department
• Managing of all costs
• Completing weekly & monthly management reports

Candidate background & experience: –

• Strong organisation & management skills
• Customer service in B2C sector
• Operational skills preferably around installation of products
• Managed budgets and P&L
• Experience of managing a small team of installers or equivalent
• Highly customer focused
• Effective communicator both written and spoken
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated & results driven
