£54,000 – £66,000+ package (negotiable upwards for the right candidate)
This privately owned building company is 6 years old and has a turnover of approx. £6m per annum. They are a young and up and coming company with a healthy order book, with an average of 4/5 live sites 14 permanent staff.
They are happy to negotiate contracts directly with clients and also tender for build contracts, which range from £60k to £2.8m in value from a single dwelling to 35 units in size.
The company has an immediate requirement for 2no Site Managers, each to run their own projects in the Croydon area:
New build apartments, RC Frame construction of 33 units.
New build traditional flats and timber frame houses, 25no units.In an ideal world they are seeking Site Managers who are on the way up and wanting to go on and do greater things. They want people who are self-sufficient who want to make a name for themselves.
This contractor likes to see CVs of Site Managers who have stability, training and experience.
The Site Manager will ultimately be responsible for managing their own sites from start to finish with a contracts manager visiting once a week.
