Salary: £66,000 per year
We have an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to join a family run contractor working on a job in South East London which is an industrial conversion.
You will be overseeing a number of sub contractors to ensure the project is on time and to budget.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the ideal person will have excellent client facing skills as well as outstanding communication skills and be able to easily manage the site and sub contractors.
The ideal person will have extensive experience a s a Site Manager and have worked on similar projects. Must hold a SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS.
