Salary Circa: £36,000p.a. (depending on experience)
6 month fixed term contract
Hours = 37pw. Mon – Thurs 9 – 5pm, Friday 9 – 4pm: Flexible Working available

Response Organisation provides housing and a range of support for people that experience severe and enduring mental health needs.
We are currently looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to the Director of Housing and Property. The overall objective of the role is to provide an executive PA service supporting the work of the Director and to deliver excellent project support to the Director on external and internal projects across the organisation, while driving best practice and compliance to policies.
The duties vary from day to day, and this role will have a mixture of reactive and project work. Some of the core duties within the
department will include:
Ensure the Director is supported to a high administrative professional level. This includes diary management, organising meetings involving the Director (distribution of papers, location, presentations).
Provide support to the Senior Management Team within the Housing Team to assist with project sponsored by the Director
Act as point of contact for enquiries and liaise with various departments, managers and internal and external stakeholders.
Monitoring progress and prioritise workload, including decision logs, action logs and risks.
Support the management, planning and delivery of projects for housing and property. Supporting the delivery of implementation plans in line with the project lead.
