Location: Wimbledon, Nottingham or Brighton
Full Time or Part time, flexibility to work across locations
Position can be based in either Wimbledon, Nottingham or Brighton. Please be aware this role will involve regular travel to our other sites.

We are currently recruiting for a Learning & Development Manager to be based in our Wimbledon, Nottingham or Brighton site.
The role, reporting to the Group Head of Learning Operations, is responsible for the delivery of an effective learning and development offering with a focus on Team Leaders across the Contact Centre. The role holder will design and implement a new suite of team leader training working with internal and external suppliers to ensure a significant uplift in Team Leader Development.
Key Role Responsibilities
* Supports key learning and development needs across the Contact Centre
* Define and develop a leadership development programme of activities for Team Leaders, Lead Agents and Agents
* Partner across functions to ensure L&D spend is in line with central L&D budget
* Define requirements and organise ongoing Lunch and Learn Sessions
* Partner with Digital Learning Lead to develop Expertise Hub (digital playlists of content) across support functions
* Be one of the key points of contact for Learning within D&G
* Manage the policy, process and governance of learning
* Manage the learning plans based on gathered needs across the business
* Manage the centralised learning budget in agreement with line manager
* Schedule & run face to face learning interventions as required to support learning activity across the organisation
* Collaboratively work with the key stakeholders and SME’s to support the delivery of the agreed learning agenda
* Schedule and coordinate classroom learning as needed – schedule location, date/time, materials, and attendance
* Partner with Digital learning team and in collaboration with SME’s to create blended and digital learning solutions
* Partner with Digital learning team to create analytic reporting for learning
* Collects, compiles and prepares information to support leadership meetings for areas such as training data and value add
* Collaborate with Talent & L&D colleagues & HR to share best practice across the team to ensure consistency of approach
Required skills and experience:
* Strong learning design background and able to effectively design learning materials
* Experience of driving and delivering Leadership Curriculum
* Builds strong Business Partner relationships with key stakeholders, as well as being able to effectively manage external partners
* Drives the Learning culture across D&G
* Creates a workable plan for the gradual adoption of digital learning
* Creates a consistency around design principles, delivery and approach to development
* Embeds the One Team behaviour across Learning within the organisation
* Brings a forward thinking and pragmatic approach to leadership development
* Brings external expertise & best practice to inform the D&G learning strategy
Contact centre experience would be desirable but not essential.
