Contract Supervisor (Shifts)

My client, a leading UK FM provider are currently recruiting a Contract Supervisor (Shifts) for a Static site in Harrow, Middlesex. This is a full time position being offered on a temp – perm basis.

This will be a static role where you will be responsible for heading up team of engineers carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to all building services, this will include electrical, basic mechanical and building fabric engineers. For this role it is essential that you meet the following criteria:

*NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent (including recognised apprenticeship) with electrical/mechanical bias
*Working knowledge of other building services and trades
*Excellent team working and problem solving capabilities
*Previous experience of critical asset maintenance

It is essential that you are willing to work on a shift basis covering days and nights. Due to the nature of the role you will require to go through an enhanced security vetting process including CRB check.

This role is initially a temporary on going contract with the potential to become permanent after 13 weeks subject to success clearance and individuals performance in the role. We look forward to receiving your application.
