Salary: £13.85 per hour

We need your help fulfilling supplies to local communities as a Night Shift Supervisor in Swansea, SA13 2PE! We are looking for passionate, friendly and driven people to coach, support and organise a team of Warehouse Operatives.

Your pay rate as a Shift Supervisor:

Night shift: £13.85 per hour Key responsibilities as a Shift Supervisor:

Effectively plan recruitment and manage the labor pool to ensure candidate flow is understood and fill rates are achieved at all times
Making sure new starters are onboarded in line with Company standards
Ensure that all activities meet with Company and client policy, procedure and relevant legislation
Ensure the engagement of our colleagues by fostering a culture of fairness, transparency and consistency
Record and Report data in the appropriate formatShift Patterns as a Shift Supervisor:

You will be working 4 nights on and 3 nights off. However, we require that you are flexible.Essential experience (required) as a Shift Supervisor:

Computer skills essential: MS Word – Intermediate, MS Excel – Intermediate
Excellent team planning ability to include, rotas, shift patterns and daily routinesThe successful candidate will have a bias for action, a strong desire for continuous improvement and be motivated to succeed. Motivates people and inspires others promoting and adaptable to change, driving progression and demonstrates commitment to performance. Accuracy and attention to detail will be paramount and a flexible approach to working hours particularly during the peak period.
