Night Shift Supervisor

Due to continued growth our client is looking to recruit a Night Shift Supervisor for their site located in the East Midlands.

Key responsibilities of this role include:-

* Prioritising, co-ordinating and controlling individual and team activities, providing employees with relevant information to achieve manufacturing tasks and targets safely.
* Effectively communicating objectives, targets, procedures – e.g. Safety, Quality, Delivery, Equipment and Productivity results or outcomes to employees.
* Working closely with all areas of the business to ensure factory operations are fully co-ordinated and both factory-wide and area specific performance objectives are understood and achieved.
* Ensuring shift KPIs are completed by employees.
* Closely monitoring maintenance activities on shift, emphasising the need for feedback to Operators.

The shift rotation will involve any 5 from 7 nights and the successful candidate will have the full support of a high calibre Operations Manager.

Your skills and experience will include:

* Experience as a Supervisor in a fast-paced environment including automotive, consumer products or general manufacturing
* Passionate within the role and the desire to deliver a quality product
* Proven leadership experience of a skilled workforce
* A continued desire to learn, develop and progress
* Excellent communication skills
