Repairs Call Centre Team Leader

Greenacre Recruitment is currently working on behalf of a responsive repairs service that delivers to a wide range of predominantly housing sector clients who are now looking to recruit two Team Leaders within their repairs please apply a three month temporary basis, with the view for the roles to become permanent thereafter.

Reporting to the Call Centre Manager, the Team Leaders will be responsible for the day to day management of the administrative team that makes up the call centre and with it the supervision of the administration function including;

* Processing of response repairs, voids and related works orders from the initial receipt by the call centre through to job completion and closing.
* Meeting customer service targets and planning areas of improvement to enhance the service.
* Ensuring calls and emails are answered by staff within agreed time scales and in an appropriate manner.
* Liaising with clients and managing first and subsequent responses.
* Coordinating and motivating call centre staff and assisting the Call Centre Manager with staff recruitment.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate;

* Experience of working within a property maintenance / technical environment within a call centre environment.
* Effective supervisory skills, including experience of carrying out one to ones and appraisals with staff.
* An ability to record, monitor and interpret data for performance related statistics.
* Excellent customer service skills via telephone and face to face.
* Competency in Microsoft Office packages.
* A willingness to work on a rota for “out of office” calls on occasion.
