Call Centre Agents

Office Angels Birmingham are proud to be recruiting for a number of Call Centre Agents to work for a very well known and reputable company based in Oldbury.
This is a temporary position lasting between 3 – 5 months. You will be required to work shifts in the pattern of 3 early, 3 late and 3 days off. The working hours are 6am – 12pm / 3pm – 11pm.

The purpose of this role is to provide a patient and empathetic service to customers contacting the home emergency department. This will be a challenging position taking on average 100 calls a day.

The successful candidate will ideally have:
– Previous Call Centre & Customer Service experience
– Experience of dealing with high call volume
– Ability to work in a busy environment
– Excellent telephone manner
– Great problem solving skills
– Good communication skills
