Sales Administrator (Trade Environment)

This is a brilliant opportunity to work for a well established and leading Civil Engineering/Construction company. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding and successful business as a Sales Administrator joining their busy depot in the Medway area.

Using your skills as a Sales Administrator and trade industry experience (or similar) you will be expected to:
*Regularly liaise with external suppliers to order goods and deal with any queries
*Manage clients in a professional and courteous manner via telephone and face to face
*Manage the inventory
*Raise customer invoices using Kerridge or similar software
*Be aware of other responsibilities, e.g. operation management

To be successful in applying for this role, you will need to:

*Must have experience in a trade environment, (construction, builders merchants, etc or similar)
*Have strong sales administration experience
*Possess good time management and organisational skills
*Maintain a professional attitude in a busy environment
*Be numerically accurate
*Have great communication skills via telephone, face to face and email
