Recruitment Consultant Construction

Salary: £30,000 – £48,000 per year

We specialise in sourcing and placing permanent and contract staff within the Construction, Property & Infrastructure sectors.

We are now looking for two experienced consultants to add to our team in our London office. We have opportunities for Consultants with experience of working within traditional main contracting, fit out and project management & cost consultancy. The London office covers an area from the South East to the Midlands and you would be able to place into clients across this region. You will be joining an existing team which is now looking to expand.

We are seeking motivated, dynamic and ambitious individuals who have common sense, an entrepreneurial spark and the ability to communicate with people. The successful candidates will have experience of recruiting within your chosen area of the construction sector and you will have built up your own client relationships and have proven billings over a twelve month plus period.

This opportunity would suit a Consultant who is currently feeling too restrained due to geographical remits, over saturated teams, low commission rates the lack of the chance to progress etc

Basic salaries will vary depending on experience and past billings etc, however, as we are a privately owned, growing firm, we can offer a fantastic, uncapped bonus package to rival anything in the market. Coupled with this are quarterly bonuses for consultants who surpass their targets.
