Industrial Recruitment Consultant

An ambitious Industrial consultant is required to fill a key position within our small company based in Birmingham City Centre. We are looking for somebody with a proven recruitment background, ideally at least two years within the industrial / engineering sector. A target driven professional who is focused on building new business, someone who will take ownership of their desk, work off their own initative and drive the business forward.

You must be very comfortable with generating your own leads and presenting your business to potential clients. A will to achieve and exceed your targets and have an eye for business opportunities. You must also be outgoing and love dealing with people. Candidates must be computer literate with very good written and verbal communication skills and have exceptional organisational skills along with a full driving license.
