Salary: £30,000 – £33,600 per year
Job Summary:
This role exists to support two members of the Executive team of a financial services group. Delivery of full PA and administrative support will help to ensure that their working week is efficiently organised, the level of administration tasks reduced and communication supported.
Main Responsibilities
PA support:
* E-mail inbox management
* Diary management
* General administration
* Minute taking, action log updates and chasing of actions
* Preparation of powerpoint slides
* Preparation of letters and e-mails
* Fielding calls and passing important messages in a timely fashion
* Making travel and hotel arrangements
* Dealing with matters of lower risk/impact
* Ensuring supporting papers for meetings are printed as required
* Arranging meetings and venues
* Various other PA tasks
Communications:
* Producing 1st draft communications and Q&A’s for the Head of Business Transformation
Project-based assignments:
* Undertaking a variety of project-based administration responsibilities on an ad hoc basis including:
* creating interactive forms
* Managing mail merges and client communications using both mail and electronic media
Other:
* To participate in appropriate company and departmental training, competence and development initiatives.
* To continuously meet, the regulator’s Fit & Proper requirements.

Essential
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Previous experience of working in retail financial services
* Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
* Excellent organisational, prioritising and time management skills, with the ability to stay focused under pressure.

* Must be able to deal professionally with strong personalities
* Logical thinking with creative problem-solving ability
* Hold, or commitment to pass, basic financial industry exams within 3 months of employment

* Degree level education
