Support Worker (Behaviour)

Salary: £26,000 per year

CERT Solutions are looking for support workers who have experience of working with challenging behaviour and social, emotional and mental health. The role involves supporting 14 – 16 year olds with their education and daily tasks. The students are disengaged in education and can get very distracted so it’s important the right candidate is able to build rapport up very quickly. The students require a positive role model to follow, someone who is able to get on their level and build a fun engaging learning environment.
