SUPPORT WORKERS & SENIOR SUPPORT WORKERS
£9.6..85 PER HOUR (DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE AND ROLE)
Small residential care home, very well run, CQC compliant, cares and supports adults with learning disability and additional complex needs. Support and care is tailored to individual needs and aspirations. Their main aim is on maintaining and improving the service users existing life skills.
We currently wish to recruit Support Workers and Senior Support Workers or Care Assistants or Carers, preferably with experience of providing care and support to service users. Experience of Learning Disability or Dementia or Challenging Behaviour or Complex needs or similar is a distinct advantage.
Ideally we are seeking applicants who are committed, enthusiastic, consistent, reliable and flexible to join a very friendly, happy team. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn is a must. Each day is different, thus ensuring the service users they support get to live the life they want.
